In E.B. Magalona, Mayor Marvin Malacon ordered the suspension of face-to-face classes and shift to modular modality of learning on all levels in public and private schools. In Bacolod, classes from elementary to senior high school in private and public schools were suspended. A sea trip from Bacolod to Manila was temporarily suspended as of 8 a.m. on Monday due to storm warning signal in its destination, Commander Jansen Benjamin, head of Philippine Coast Guard -northern Negros Occidental, said.
