The Colegio de San Juan de Letran Lady Knights are looking to continue their impressive run in the NCAA after reaching the Season 99 finals. With a strong returning core led by Season 99 best libero Lara Mae Silva and reigning Beach Volleyball MVP Gia Maquilang, the team aims to solidify their place as a dominant force in women's volleyball.

After reaching the NCAA Season 99 women's volleyball finals, Colegio de San Juan de Letran 's Lady Knights are looking to build on their success. Under head coach Oliver Almadro , the team secured seven wins and two losses, finishing second behind champions De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Almadro's guidance led to a momentous return to the Final Four after a 12-year absence.

The Intramuros-based squad faced a grueling five-set battle against Lyceum of the Philippines University in the stepladder semifinals before ultimately falling to the Lady Blazers in a sweep during the best-of-three finals series. But for Almadro, this achievement was just the beginning. He aims to establish a new culture of excellence at Letran. As the league celebrates its centennial season, the Lady Knights are eager to continue their resurgence, boasting seven returning players including Season 99 best libero Lara Mae Silva. Gia Maquilang, the back-to-back Beach Volleyball MVP and reigning Freshman of the Year, also returns alongside Royce dela Cruz, Natali Estreller, Lastlie Jade Isar, Judiel Nitura, and Yen Martin. The team also welcomes promising young talents such as Pearl Brago, Verenicce Colendra, Marbey Enverga, Marjorie Napal, Leonilyn Padilla, Joralyn Panangin, Sheena Sarie, Princess Tumayao, and Hizki Flores. On the men's side, Season 99 best middle blocker Vince Himzon and veteran Bembem Bautista will lead the Knights in their pursuit of another Final Four berth. Last season, the Knights secured a third-place finish in the elimination round with a 6-3 win-loss record before defeating Arellano University in the first round of the stepladder semifinals. Their journey ended in the second round of the postseason with a loss to eventual runner-ups Emilio Aguinaldo College. Returning to bolster the Knights are Christer Lou Ambrocio, John Wayne Araño, Namron Caballero, Dennis Domalanta, and Jeffrey Humapit. Joining them are Andrew Abeto, Arieh Barba, Felix Bermido, Dave Lardizabal, John Romer Sumagaysay, Raphael Lorenz Vicente, Beneth Jan Abellada, and Mark Raniel De Guzman.
