MANILA, Philippines: A passenger traveling with his son was stopped at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 for possession of prohibited substances on Tuesday night.
MANILA, Philippines: A passenger traveling with his son was stopped at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 for possession of prohibited substances on Tuesday night.Alvin Jubert C. Rojo was taken to the Aviation Security office for further questioning even after he admitted carrying the drugs.Alvin Juvert Rojo was taken to the PNP - Aviation Security Unit office at NAIA Terminal 2 after drugs were found in his possession.
Office for Transportation Security screener Rowena Martinez said that during the final security check at the airport, Rojo admitted that his bag contained illegal items and was supposed to dispose of it in the trash so that he and his child could board their flight home to the province.According to NAIA-Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency head Gerald Javier, they found a glass tube, two lighters and a plastic sachet with the alleged illegal items inside Rojo's bag.
