/Commonwealth Ave.; A. Bonifacio Avenue; Rizal Avenue; Del Pan/Marcos Highway/McArthur Highway; Recto Avenue; Pres. Quirino Avenue; Araneta Avenue; Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue; Katipunan/C.P. Garcia; Southeast Metro Manila Expressway; Elliptical Road; Mindanao Avenue and Marcos Highway.'We will implement it by April 15. We were able to talk to stakeholders and they agreed,' Artes said.
