MANILA, Philippines: Palawan 1st District Rep. Edgardo Salvame has died.
Speaker and Leyte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez was deeply saddened over the death of his colleague, saying it was a personal loss for him and a huge loss for the country.'Cong .
