Kasimbayanan Hall is an establishment constructed in communities where priests, police, and other authorities can discuss public concerns.PS 5 said the hall will also be facilitated by community priests for counseling and internal cleansing among police officers. It will also be utilized as a classroom for students under Alternative Learning System to provide opportunities for out-of-school youth and adult , children in conflict with the law learners.
It was funded by an international organization, Lions Club International, in coordination with the PS 5 Advisory Group. QCPD said the project is in line with the PNP’s program thrust, the MKK=K , which calls for harmonious relationships among all sectors of society to address peace and security. The turnover ceremony was also attended by Quezon City Police District Director Brigadier Gene. Nicolas D Torre III, Governor of Lions Club International District 301-A4 Mark Alain K Ong, and Pastor Ric Chan.
