Two out of the ten suspects in the mauling of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority enforcers after a clearing operation in Baclaran last month have surrendered to the police.
According to a report on “24 Oras”, one of the suspects has been placed in the custody of Pasay Youth Home while the other has been detained at the city jail. Both of them have already gone through inquest proceedings and are facing raps for direct assault and obstruction.Tags:
