“We also enjoin the management of Burgundy Corporate Tower, Otis Philippines, and its contractor, DLC Electron Mechanical Engineering Service, to give their full cooperation in the ongoing investigation,” he said. The two fatalities were identified as Manuel Linayao and Rey Miguel Gilera, both elevator installers and employees of DLC Contractor.“We assure the families of the victims that we are committed to determining who must be held liable for their loss and provide just compensation,” Camina said.
