Two riders died after their motorcycles collided at Bangga Caloy, Hacienda Librada, Barangay Concepcion, Talisay City, Negros Occidental on Sunday.

The victims were identified as Marvin Martir, 28, of Barangay Dos Hermanas, and Ramil Jayawon, 32, of Barangay Concepcion. Due to strong impact, Mcdowell said the victims were thrown off their motorcycles and suffered fatal injuries despite wearing helmets.Mcdowell said they could not determine if both were under the influence of liquor.
