“My belief is that if we increase the number of members… then we will have more money. We will be in better financial shape,” Macasaet said.During the briefing, the SSS chief also revealed that the uncollected contributions from delinquent employers were slashed by 39% to P56 billion in 2023 from P92 billion in 2022 “on the back of aggressively pursuing delinquent employers and continuously updating employer records.
