On Feb. 11, it is hosting a lobster chowder take-out at the Wesley Heritage Community Seniors Association in Barrington. The two residential homes operated by SASI are the Barrington Development Home and the Shelburne Group Home. “They support us 100 percent both for the draw and 60 pounds for the lobster chowder so they’ve been very fabulous to us,” she says.
Various services are provided at the three vocational sites. At Mayflower Place, Meals on Wheels, a bakery, laundry services and programming are offered, Nickerson says.
