The portfolio includes two vertical projects, One Lancaster Park and Lykke Kondo, and one horizontal project, Southscapes Trece Martires. This exciting launch encompasses two vertical projects and one horizontal development , strategically positioned to cater to diverse market segments.
Last week, PH1 World Developers made a grand entrance with One Lancaster Park, a residential condominium development sprawling across 10 hectares in Lancaster New City, Imus, Cavite. Buyers at Lancaster New City will enjoy a unique perk: a complimentary upsize feature, allowing them to add up to 17 square meters of additional living space at no extra charge. Further enhancing the appeal of this project, approximately 70 percent of the total area will be dedicated to open spaces, fostering a sense of tranquility and connection with nature.Adding to the excitement, PH1 World earlier announced the launch of Lykke Kondo, a one-hectare three-residential tower development in the bustling heart of Pasig City. This project boasts a total of 1,736 residential units. Lykke Kondo sets itself apart by offering up to 40 percent free extra space, ensuring residents have ample room to live and thrive. Furthermore, the development will be fully equipped with smart technology, including smart lighting, well-designed kitchens and bathrooms, all included at no additional cost.The company's third unveiling is Southscapes Trece Martires, located in Cavite. This horizontal project, situated on a five-hectare lot, offers 343 residential units. Designed with sustainability in mind, the units will be integrated with solar panels to reduce energy consumption, advanced window technology to keep homes cooler, and engineered insulated walls to stabilize indoor temperatures, ensuring year-round comfort.With an estimated total market value exceeding P14 billion, Lykke Kondo takes the lead with P11 billion, followed by Southscapes at P1.8 billion and One Lancaster Park at P1.5 billion. PH1 World President Gigi Alcantara shared that the first phase of One Lancaster Park is expected to be completed in 2027, while Lykke Kondo's first phase is targeted for 2028.
