The government also secured a financing agreement worth over P13 billion with Kexim for the new Dumaguete Airport Development Project.Recto said that of the project's P17.06-billion total cost, approximately P13.15 billion will be funded by Kexim.The new Dumaguete City Airport project involves the development of 197.55 hectares in Bacong, Negros Oriental.'The new airport will enhance our capacity to welcome a surge of tourists in the post-pandemic era.
