(SMC) have commenced construction of Pagcor's new corporate office building at the Bagong Nayong Pilipino complex in Pasay City. The P2.45 billion facility, fully financed and built by SMC, will address Pagcor's long-standing need for a dedicated space. The 40,000 square meter building will house Pagcor's workforce and include commercial spaces for lease, generating rental income to cover maintenance costs. The project signifies a mutually beneficial partnership between Pagcor and SMC, with SMC also contributing to infrastructure development at Nayong Pilipino.
THE Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. and San Miguel Corp . broke ground for the state gaming firm's new corporate office building at the Bagong Nayong Pilipino complex in Pasay City on Feb. 6, 2025.Valued at P2.45 billion, the Pagcor Corporate Center will be fully financed and constructed by SMC at no cost to Pagcor , Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco said.
The corporate center will have a floor area of 40,000 square meters, with an additional 15,000 square meters designated for comprehensive fit-out.Pagcor plans to lease some of the commercial spaces to generate rental income.'These rental earnings should be enough to cover the building's maintenance costs,' Tengco said.
