Green Party leader Peter Bevan-Baker seeking re-election for Haven-Rocky Point-District 17. FileROCKY POINT, P.E.I. — P.E.I. Green Party Leader Peter Bevan Baker is seeking re-election in Haven-Rocky Point-District 17 in the upcoming provincial election.
On April 23, 2019, he was re-elected to the legislature in New Haven-Rocky Point, and with a caucus of eight, he formed the first Green Party official Opposition in Canada. Bevan-Baker said the province is facing challenges in health care, housing, affordability and the environment.
