A PERSON listed in the Top 10 most wanted individuals at the regional level was arrested by the Marigondon Police Station in Sitio Ibabao, Barangay Agus, Lapu-Lapu City , following an arrest warrant issued by the court at 1 a.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025.The accused was identified as Jamel Langcay Pinto, 31, a native of Lanao del Norte, but currently residing in Sitio Iba, Basak Basak, Lapu-Lapu City .

However, when they conducted a background investigation, his name appeared in their system with a pending arrest warrant issued by Judge Ronald Caramba Tolentino, presiding judge of RTC Branch 73 in Lapu-Lapu City, for a case involving illegal drugs, with no bail allowed. The warrant was dated January 1, 2020.As a result, Regidor immediately served the arrest warrant and executed the arrest.
