The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority apprehended a total of 66 vehicles, 16 of which were towed and impounded, as part of the ongoing road-clearing operation aimed at reducing traffic congestion in the National Capital Region. Operatives of the MMDA Special Operations Group-Strike Force, led by Chief Gabriel Go, conducted searches in areas such as Sgt. Esguerra, Quezon Avenue, Blumentritt Street, and Dapitan Street in Quezon City.

The clearing operation is being carried out in close coordination with local government units, the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and the Philippine National Police.
