Mandaue Rep. Emmarie Ouano-Dizon has refuted claims of involvement in fraudulent voter registrations, dismissing them as political maneuvering ahead of the 2025 elections. The allegations stem from a petition filed by former barangay captain Ernie Manatad, seeking to exclude over 600 transferee voters from the city's list. Manatad alleges these voters are 'flying voters' not residing in Mandaue and were strategically registered to influence election results. Rep. Dizon, however, maintains that the accusations are unfounded and her team remains committed to serving the people of Mandaue.
