SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – A councilor of Caba town in this province, and a 66-year-old woman from this city were reported to have recovered from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), according to the Department of Health in Region 1 (DOH-1).

“Having gotten my second negative result makes me officially COVID-19 free,” Crispino said in her social media account. Crispino had undergone home quarantine from March 20 to April 14. She was confirmed positive on March 20. Her first negative result was on April 9 and her second negative result was on April 10. She was discharged on April 14 and will follow strict 14-day home quarantine
