MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Social Welfare and Development said on Monday, April 13, the government will work to make sure that beneficiaries of the government's emergency subsidy program in far-flung areas will receive aid. Bautista said that because local government units have a"master list," they should also have a process on how they would distribute aid to their constituents.
