MANILA, Philippines -- The FilOil Flying V Preseason Cup has been postponed indefinitely due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, it was announced on Sunday.

The 14th season of the tournament was set to begin on May 1, but Flying V Sports announced that due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Enhanced Community Quarantine, they have to postpone the competition, "if circumstances will still allow it for this year."They will show classic matches of the summer tournament on their Facebook page, beginning May 11 every 4:00 p.m.

San Beda ruled the 2019 edition of the FilOil Flying V Preseason Cup, beating La Salle 74-57 in the finals.
