A former general of the Philippine National Police wanted for alleged inconsistencies in the seizure of P6.7 billion worth of shabu in Tondo, Manila in 2022 broke his silence and warned that cops who are involved in the anomalous operation are working to regain their freedom with the assistance of ranking government officials.
Domingo also urged President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to look into their case, stressing scalawag cops are manipulating government officials in their favor. Domingo said he is worried that the cases against the officers he mentioned who are involved in illegal drug activities might get dismissed and that they would be set free due to Remulla’s actions.
