DSWD Secretary Rexlon 'Rex' Gatchalian on Thursday instructed the Field Office - National Capital Region to find the family of the girl in student uniform who was peddling sampaguita in front of the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
Gatchalian said that the FO-NCR was also charged with speaking with SM management about providing assistance in teaching its personnel on how to approach young people in similar situations to those seen in the viral video.'We will also be looking for the concerned security guard to lecture him on how to treat children kindly so we can prevent similar incidents of manhandling from happening again,' Gatchalian said.
