Merlina Hernando-MalipotVarious parts of the Philippines are expected to experience cloudy weather with isolated rain showers on Friday, Dec. 27, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration .In its weather forecast, PAGASA said that the Intertropical Convergence Zone will affect Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao, while the northeast monsoon, locally known as"amihan," will influence northern Luzon.
Meanwhile, the"amihan" will bring cloudy skies with rain to Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Ilocos Norte.
