Cebu City government inaugurated free public Wi-Fi access points at Plaza Sugbu on Monday, January 20, 2025. The free Wi-Fi will provide internet access for up to two hours within the Plaza Sugbu grounds, located opposite the City Hall Legislative Building. Garcia emphasized that this is part of the city's initiative to improve digital convenience for the public.
