THE Cebu City Government , through its legal office, has filed a blotter report at the Waterfront Police Station against former mayor Michael Rama regarding his refusal to return a City Hall-issued vehicle. This was confirmed by Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia during an interview at the Cebu City Police Office on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.However, Garcia did not provide further details, stating that the matter is now being handled by the city’s legal office.

Naa na tay peace moving forward when it comes to that. I’m just waiting actually for the report of the general services because I told them nga hatagi ra gud ko’g inventory sa mga sakyanan mga wala pa nangauli. So far, niingon man sila nga so far mayor, ang wala pa gi uli ang kana pang van,” said Garcia. He clarified that since a blotter report has already been filed, he has tasked the legal department to determine the next course of action.
