These objectives include enhancing facilities and services, safeguarding the natural environment, generating employment opportunities, and ultimately empowering the local community. Bingcang extended an invitation to all stakeholders to participate in this transformative phase, ensuring Camp John Hay's full potential is realized.BCDA plans to conduct a comprehensive review of Camp John Hay's existing master plan, spanning over 25 years, to align it with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The authority aims to replicate the success stories of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig and New Clark City in Tarlac by implementing strategic infrastructure projects and attracting high-impact investments.
