Barangay in Manila placed under 'total shutdown' due to boxing, gambling while on lockdown LuzonLockdown
MANILA - Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso has ordered the total shutdown of a barangay which had been conducting leisure activities despite the Luzon-wide lockdown, exposing residents to the risk of the coronavirus disease , the city's public information office said Monday.
BREAKING: Mayor @IskoMoreno has ordered a 24-hour TOTAL SHUTDOWN of Barangay 20 upon learning that residents have been conducting leisure activities such as boxing and bingo.
