Australians travelling to the UK over the Christmas holiday period are being warned to expect major delays at airports, including Heathrow in London due to planned strike action. 9News

Strikes have been called for nearly every day of December: for nurses , health workers, ambulance drivers, postal workers, driving examiners, bus drivers, rail workers, highways workers, baggage handlers and Border Force.
