ANGELES CITY — Low-income families here have handsome chances of realizing their dream houses through the Pambansang Paba-hay Para sa Pilipino Housing project.The construction of the Angeles City Socialized Housing Project, which is worth P2 billion, will start soon in its site in Baran-gay Mining following the groundbreaking ceremony attended by Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. on Feb. 27.
Through the collaboration between the city government, DHSUD and other agencies like Pag-IBIG Fund, the program pro-vides subsidized housing units, lower interest rates and convenient payment options.Under this project, the developer will build 10 buildings with six-stories each. Each building will consist of 245 residential units.The housing project will also feature 200 slots of car parking, and 680 slots for motorcycle parking.
