CEBU CITY – Actor Baron Geisler was briefly detained for drunken behavior in Mandaue City, Cebu province.
Police said the 42-year-old Geisler was taken into custody at 3:50 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, on Psalm St. in Barangay Canduman.He was apprehended after the Police Station 6 of the Mandaue City Police Office responded to an alarm about a drunk man creating trouble.Reporters secured details of the incident based on a police report but Geisler seemed to have denied the incident."Breaking my silence.
"Irresponsible journalism has blown things out of proportion, creating unnecessary confusion. I want to make it clear – I’m okay, and I’m seeking legal advice to address this properly," Geisler added. Geisler ended the post by saying:"To those who continue to stand by me, thank you. Your support means everything."
