THE 101st Infantry Brigade has activated Quick Reaction Teams and Election Monitoring Action Centers at the municipal and city levels in Basilan in preparation for the 2025 midterm elections , the military said Monday, December 16, 2024.
'This forum is a vital step towards ensuring the peaceful conduct of the elections in 2025. Together, we will work towards securing the sanctity of the electoral process, ensuring that the people's voices are heard and respected,' Luzon said.The Usip was also recognized for its invaluable support in fostering peace initiatives and facilitating inclusive dialogue in Basilan.
