THE Office of the President has remained as the top spender of confidential and intelligence funds for 2023 amounting to a total of P4.56 billion, the Commission on Audit said in its Annual Financial Report.In its report, the COA said the office of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. spent P2.25 billion for confidential expenses and P2.31 billion for intelligence activities in 2023, respectively.

Philippine Coast Guard - P10,000,000The COA said the National Government spent a total of P10.433 billion on CIF for 2023, P685.65 million higher than the P9.757 billion CIF it spent in 2022.Of the P10.
