CRIMINAL charges will be filed against relieved Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission spokesperson Winston Casio and another official in connection with the maltreatment of a utility worker at a raided alleged illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator firm in Bagac, Bataan last week.
