IN the first part of this article, I shared that although the problems sought to be addressed by the Comprehensive Sexual Education program, like teenage pregnancy and sexual abuse prevention, among others, are real and need to be given attention, the details of the CSE must be strictly scrutinized in accordance with the primary and fundamental rights of families and parents in teaching and rearing their children on matters concerning sex and sexuality.

'Faith and religion have always been the biggest contributor to shaping the worldview of a family and its members, and the choice of parents to raise their children in accordance with their religious worldview is protected by the Constitution.
