“They could have easily gone right into the room. It’s so scary. There’s windshield glass all the way in my backyard,' said homeowner Patricia Bourque.
Bourque learned of the accident when she returned home from running errands to find people in the yard.
“They’re pretty shaken up and I really feel for them. … It just puts things in perspective really quickly.” Items were knocked over, and a collection of mementos from her late father and grandfather was tossed around. All but one was intact, though, and the damage to the final item can be repaired, Bourque figured.
