Despite many powerlines and trees still down as of Monday, the Town of Truro is fortunate, said Gallant. Atlantic Tree Solutions, which was contracted by the town, has been busy clearing trees and branches in public spaces. “I think we have a good handle of things,” said Gallant. “It is coming back to normal, slowly but surely, and we can see that with the power turning on everywhere.”
