Nagsimula nitong Huwebes madaling araw ang total lockdown sa Welfareville Compound sa Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City na magtatagal hanggang sa Mayo 13.

Ito ay para bigyang daan ang mass rapid diagnostic testing ng nasa 3,000 residente ng naturang lugar. Sarado rin lahat ng tindahan, palengke at lahat ng mga establishimento na nasa loob ng lugar maliban sa Correctional Institution for Women, Department of Health, POPCOM at ang dialysis center. Kasama ng mga taga-baranggay ang mga tauhan ng Mandaluyong police sa pagbabantay sa mga kalsada. Ang lahat ng mahuhuling lalabag ay sasampahan ng karampatang kaso.
