A top wanted suspect was arrested by authorities in Tondo, Manila for the murder of a man in Moriones last April. The suspect, who was the top 4 most wanted person in the National Capital Region Police Office and the top 1 most wanted in the Manila Police District, allegedly beat the victim to death after discovering him with his partner using illegal drugs.
