The Medical City (TMC) Clark in Clark Freeport has become the first and only Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited hospital in Central Luzon, enabling it to receive US Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements. This accreditation was announced during TMC Clark's 10th anniversary celebration.
CLARK FREEPORT—The US-based Joint Commission that accredits health care organizations and programs worldwide, has accredited a hospital in this free port enabling it to receive US Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements.
TMC Clark, which opened in 2015 has a 103-bed facility and provides healthcare service to the growing business community and residents in Northern and Central Luzon. Dr. Noelito Lacsamana, TMC president and chief executive officer said the accreditation not only solidifies TMC Clark’s reputation as a leader in healthcare in the Philippines but also enhances its standing in the global medical community.
