Would be cool to see this in competition too
As we at Top Gear Philippines give you updates from Mitsubishi ’s efforts at the 2024 Asia Cross Country Rally , there was one car that caught our attention. Of course, it’s the Triton rally truck that’s the main attraction.
But aside from that, Mitsubishi also brought along six support vehicles to help the Triton to victory. Among those includes what is perhaps our favorite kei car from the Diamond Star, the Mitsubishi Delica Mini. A pair of them, to be exact.Listen: What do you think of the electric Dodge Charger’s fake V8 sound? The adorable little kei car isn’t there just for show, either.
For its support vehicle duties, the Delica Mini gets some special equipment to perform its tasks more effectively. For starters, it comes with all-terrain tires, and yes, Yokohama makes all-terrains that small. It then wears Work CRAG T-GRABICII alloy wheels.A roof tray has also been fitted, along with four driving lights. It even comes with a ladder mounted to the tailgate for easier access to the tray on the roof. As far as we know, the mechanicals are untouched from stock.
