Beyond the significant cleanup, one of the main challenges for the project was the restoration of the old wooden pier holding up the Ice House, which was recently completed. A total replacement of the structure wasn’t possible.Article content Rieder’s own company, Rieder Group, is supplying CO2-friendly facade cladding.
