Bulquerin said the combined effects of the southwest monsoon or “habagat” and the trough or advancing clouds of the cyclone will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Masbate, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Bukidnon, Camiguin, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte,...

Several roads and slope protections, bridges, and flood control structures were either totally or partially destroyed due to heavy rains and deep floods.
