In a remarkable show of corporate responsibility and community support, trusted property developer Sta. Lucia Land has donated a premium commercial lot valued at P200 million to Nasugbu municipality for the development of the Nasugbu Sports Complex. Located within the Nasugbu Newtown Center, Sta.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held last December 11, 2024 to officially turn over the property to the local government of Nasugbu.
“This milestone reflects Sta. Lucia Land’s dedication to empowering local communities and fostering a new era of sports excellence in Nasugbu,” said Sta. Lucia Land Inc. president Exequiel Robles. “Our developments are designed not just to provide quality homes but to create spaces where passions can be pursued, and dreams can be realized. This donation reflects our unwavering commitment to building communities that foster growth, development, and well-being,” Robles shared.
Meanwhile, the project has likewise garnered support from influential public figures including Senators Grace Poe and JV Ejercito, as well as sports icons like basketball star LA Tenorio.
