MANILA -- Shangri-La Plaza has launched a series of online talks about local cuisine in celebration of Filipino Food Month.
Titled "Philippines on a Plate," the talks are held in partnership with the Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement and Slow Food Youth Network Philippines.
In a statement, Shangri-La Plaza said viewers can catch the following lineup of speakers every 5 p.m.
