SENATE President Juan Miguel Zubiri and Senator Pia Cayetano have filed a joint resolution seeking the conduct of an investigation on the viral road rage incident that involves an armed dismissed policeman.
Cayetano and Zubiri said that the Philippines is committed to upholding Sustainable Cities and Communities , which seeks a safe, inclusive, sustainable and progressive society for all. On August 8, dismissed police personnel Wilfredo Gonzales was involved in a heated altercation with a cyclist, which made him hit the other persons and pull out his gun.
The cyclist refused to file a complaint against Gonzales for the protection of his family while the video was already deleted by the uploader due to alleged threats against him.
