SAN JOSE, Batangas — Sen. Bong Go graced the inauguration of a new Super Health Center in Barangay Poblacion 1, San Jose, Batangas on Monday, Dec. 16.The new health facility, which was built on a P85 million budget, is part of the national initiative to strengthen local health care infrastructure, Go said.The senator also noted the importance of providing efficient health care services to Filipinos, especially in rural areas.
The Malasakit Center initiative, spearheaded by Go, is designed to streamline government medical assistance programs and reduce the financial burden of health care on Filipinos.Currently, Batangas province has 18 operational Malasakit Centers, making health care more accessible to its residents.'This Super Health Center and the Malasakit Centers are concrete steps towards ensuring that no Filipino is left behind when it comes to health care,' Go said during his speech.
