According to initial investigation, police of the Manggahan Police Sub-Station apprehended the suspect during a mobile patrol operation along Paseo De Anemalis Street in Barangay Santolan, Pasig City at around 7:45 p.m. Col. Sacro stressed the consequences of non-police personnel illegally using official police uniforms or insignias.
