MANILA Mayor Maria Sheilah 'Honey' Lacuna-Pangan received her plaque of appreciation from Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila President Jojo Uy Ching, who graced the occasion and was the guest of honor and speaker during the awarding ceremony of 10 outstanding overseas Filipino workers at Midas and Casino Hotel, Pasay City on April 11, 2024.
The 10 OFW-awardees were Rodel Nacianceno of Canada; Joseph Berlin Juanzon of Kingdom of Bahrain; Ronald Romero of the United Arab Emirates; Rodel Mangaba, seaman and master mariner; Cipriano Abdon of Kuwait; Evelyn Refugio of United Arab Emirates; Leah de Guzman of Indonesia; Hope Francisco of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Gerald Flora, seaman and master mariner; and Roseller Martinez of Thailand and Japan.
