Maya-maya pa, may inilabas siya na gamit na ipinantusok sa gulong ng van bago humarurot palayo.Samantala, sinabi ni Police Major Mike Diaz, deputy chief ng Station 10 ng QC Police District, na inatasan na ang kanilang tauhan na imbestigahan at hanapin ang rider sa nangyaring insidente sa isang stoplight sa East Avenue, Quezon City.
