Natukoy umano ang pagkakakilanlan ng rider base sa rehistro ng motorsiklo na nakita ang plaka sa nag-viral na video ng insidente sa social media. Inihayag naman ni LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, na ang pagpapalabas ng SCO laban sa rider ay paalala muli sa mga motorista na maging mahinahon sa lansangan.
Sa viral video, makikita ang rider na tinabihan ang delivery van at tila nakikipagtalo sa driver. Maya-maya pa, may inilabas siya na gamit na ipinantusok sa gulong ng van bago humarurot palayo.Samantala, sinabi ni Police Major Mike Diaz, deputy chief ng Station 10 ng QC Police District, na inatasan na ang kanilang tauhan na imbestigahan at hanapin ang rider sa nangyaring insidente sa isang stoplight sa East Avenue, Quezon City.
